Team Building Cruise

Team Building is one of the many extra activities we can provide on board your Toronto boat cruise, whether on a Toronto Harbour cruise, or an out of town trip.

In these challenging economic times, many corporations must come up with ways to increase morale and thus productivity within their staff. They need to help their employees get to know and work more efficiently with each other.

Team Building as defined by Wikipedia is “the selection, development, and collective motivation of result-oriented teams…via a variety of practices such as…group-dynamic games…”

Nautical Adventures can supply a team building program run in a fun, informal environment. We have several programs/exercises that will not only have your staff working together, but also relax together, while cruising on one of our great ships.

We’re here to help whether it’s one of our many pre-packaged programs or one that is customized specifically for your group.

We will supply all materials required and have our DJ assist or run the show for you.
